MIKE Russell, former Scottish Government Minister, has said that alleged treatment of suppliers by supermarket giant Tesco made his "hair curl", as a Scottish Government committee heard evidence from the groceries code adjudicator, Christine Tacon.
The Groceries Code Adjudicator was introduced by the UK Government to oversee the relationship between supermarkets and suppliers.
